I interviewed several agencies in a day & Lilly's Home Care stood out! The prior agency showed up late & looking lackadaisical, without even a call or a text! When I mentioned the lateness, because she threw my schedule off, she still didn't even apologize. How can you show up like that when you are trying to gain a new client? Well, they were fired before getting a chance to be hired. LILLY'S HOME CARE showed up 1/2 hour earlier. Very impressive to me, because I have a thing about time & wasting mine. During that assessment interview, Gigi was very professional and informative. She was also easy to talk to. Even though I had other interviews, I pretty much decided that they were HIRED after our meeting. The actual caregiver, Jessica, was a pleasure to work. She worked great with my father, who seemed to like her & respond to her very good too! Dad even exercised for her! 😊. When the schedule needed to be modified, it was never a problem. Each Monday after the prior work week, your statement would arrive via email for review. This made payments simple and easy. If asked, I WOULD RECCOMMEND LILLY'S HOME CARE TO ANYONE! Kudos 💐 to their staff!

These wonderful people are the best! Gigi and her staff are amazing. They helped my mother through a difficult time, always accessible very professional and yet very gentle. Took a lot of stress off of me. My family and I are so grateful to have found Lilly’s home care. A positive experience through and through.

I highly recommend Lilly's home care their staff is amazing, compassionate and everything home care should be. They were everything we needed and more, a care giver, a sounding board and a friend. My mom was placed in hospice and it was a nightmare, we called Lilly's and they came in and took such amazing care of my mom in her final weeks. Gigi and Jessica are so respectful, tender and compassionate with my mom it was such a godsent. During her final day they stayed with us until my mom transitioned to be with the lord. I could not have done any of it without them. Gigi also was a good source of information about all that was going on with my mom and what to look for. I can't praise them enough for what they do and the comfort that they give not only the patient but the family. They truly are making a difference in home care. They are family to us now

For those needing caregivers for themselves, family, or friends I recommend Lilly’s Home Care. Their caregivers are trained by Gillian Nel who is the epitome of a great caregiver herself. The team behind Lilly’s Home Care, Gillian and Tracey, are extremely professional. They operate out of a sincere love of people and make everyone feel special. Lilly’s Home Care is my number one choice for dedicated, compassionate, loving caregivers.

Lilly’s Home Care is the perfect solution for those desiring care from dedicated, skilled, loving caregivers. The mission of the management team of Gillian and Tracey is ‘do everything with love’ and ‘treat clients as we would want our own family treated.’ They accomplish both these goals with grace, professionalism, compassion, and loving hearts. Gillian herself spent many years as a caregiver. I was fortunate to meet her when I needed help following surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of patient care – including nutrition, rehabilitation and assessing a patient’s specific needs. The Lilly’s Home Care caregivers are all trained by Gillian and thus benefit from her extensive knowledge. They, too, exhibit love and compassion to their patients. I highly recommend Lilly’s Home Care. Many of my friends have been their clients, too, and are extremely grateful I suggested them. All of us are blessed by knowing such outstanding, loving people as Gillian and Tracey.
