After enduring three difficult back surgeries, I was left unable to walk. I entered Lila Doyle for rehabilitation and therapy in the hopes of learning to walk again. I was given Physical and occupational therapy five days a week. I found the therapists outstanding. I have been here for seven weeks and my legs are healing very slowly. They tell me I have a few more weeks to go before it will be safe for me to return home,
During this lengthy stay, the staff has taken very good around-the-clock care of me. As is the case in most rehab settings such as this, the Nurses and CNAs were a combination of excellent and poor. They are desperately understaffed which contributes to frustration amongst the staff. The night staff is affected the most. Patience is necessary at all times.
Despite the flaws, I have made friendships here that I value very much.
Lila Doyle had undergone serious Improvements during recent weeks and months. The current administrator, Mr. Kevin McCowan, is determined to continue increasing the quality of the facility. His personal attention to the patients is admirable and much appreciated.
He is the driving force behind the overall improve improvement of facility.
Every room is cleaned every day. The food is not five star but it Is adequate.
The price is reasonable and covered by most insurances. I would recommend Lila Doyle to my friends in need of this type of care.

Lila Doyle Post Acute is a very welcoming group! We had a great stay from admission to discharge, no complaints. Staff is so willing to go the extra mile to make sure the patient’s needs/wants are met and the patients are happy! The staff always presented professional and knowledgeable in their roles and they communicated well amongst the care team. The rooms are spacious and cozy, I definitely feel like mom enjoyed her stay and it made the process much easier! Leadership was present, walking the halls, checking in on activities going on, interacting with the patients and families. I would definitely recommend Lila Doyle Post Acute to anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care.

PLEASE READ for all upcoming or future guests! Don’t make the same mistake I did! If I could give this place UNDER 1 star I would! My dad was sent here for long term care due to a really bad stroke! Once he got to this place it was persistent problems, this place is absolutely disgusting I wish I would’ve did my research! He would consistently have these huge nasty bed sores, not only that every time they would admit him to the hospital for other reasons, the hospital would notice these sores too & they would constantly notify me that he had some every time he got admitted. So I mentioned this to the director or CEO of this nursing home & he insisted that he got the bed sores from the hospital & that it never came from their facility which is a straight lie. Anybody with common sense would know how can you just randomly develop bed sores from the hospital when he was under the care of a long term nursing home & spent all of his time there. The director was very rude, very DISMISSIVE & definitely lacked a lot of knowledge including common sense especially when it came to quality of care. They would constantly neglect my dad & they would never really check on him, or rotate him as often as they should. His feeding tube would constantly be coming out before they even decide to do something about it! The staff is very much undertrained & understaff which is very concerning. My dad ended up passing away here, he was found UNRESPONSIVE as they say! It’s definitely better nursing homes out here, this garbage needs to be shut down EXPEDITIOUSLY before they end up taking somebody else loved one’s life due to developing a SEPSIS infection from the bedsores or just general patient neglect! Thinking about taking legal matters cause this is unacceptable especially with me working in the medical field myself, I would never treat patients like this HOLE in the WALL, MEDIOCRE nursing home! This whole facility & corporation should be ASHAMED of their selves & how they operate a business, how would they feel if it was their loved ones receiving this treatment! You’ll be better off homeless than living here!

If I could give this place a -10 I would. When my husband arrived there from the hospital he was doing so well. He needed some assistance with walking and physical therapy to get stronger. No one took any care of him. His room was filthy and disgusting. We begged for doctors and nurses His last night there and never got them. I demanded they call 911 and get my husband back to the hospital. When the EMTs came to pick him up, the shirt he had on was covered in ants. The EMTs freaked out and got the clothes off of my husband, got him to the hospital, and then refused to take him back to Lyla Doyle, which I never would have allowed anyway, and called the cops. DO NOT LEAVE your loved ones here. I even called Medicare to make a complaint.
