I moved in 3 months ago. It's a GREAT place to live. 55 and older. It's quiet, apartments are nice at a good price. $1250 a month. Includes all utilities, basic cable and a home phone. I get a delivery from their food bank every Monday. That helps alot when you're in a tight budget. There is a community garden right next to the building. A reserved parking spot is available for another $40.00 a month. Small pets are allowed for a small fee. No smoking in the building, but there is a nice little area next to it with overhead cover and plenty of chairs to sit a have a smoke. The staff are very professional and friendly. Can't think of a better place to live. Very close to Walmart and Target and other stores. Absolutely love it here!
