I was very impressed of the professional and friendly way Hollie greeted me upon arrival. Her smile is infectious and our interaction made me feel welcomed. A very nice facility.

We chose this place for my mom to get released to after her total knee Replacement surgery Because she was there approximately 10 years prior and we thought it was very decent back THEN! I don’t even know where to start. She was at lifecare Center in Westminster For about two weeks. The physical therapist Barely had her walking! And that’s what she was there for “rehab!” The first inclination that I had that there was gonna be issues was when I went to visit her ice machine that was supposed to be wrapped around her knee was on the floor right right next to her bed for two days before I got there. Nobody bothered to put it on or ask her what that was about?! Which they should know what it is and especially how to use it. But nope, the CNA had never seen anything like that. I told her it needs to Have ice and Water. The machine has three simple directions on the inside of it to fill with water to this point and ice to this point but she proceeded to fill the whole thing up with ice it wouldn’t even close and walks away. My mom stop her & told her how was that supposed to ice my leg, on the floor not even hooked up and wrapped on her leg and she proceeds to giggle! I told her can somebody figure out how to wrap that around her leg and she says oh I don’t know To do this?? So I called for a charge nurse and she was great. I think her name was Beth. But Beth wasn’t there all the time and when she wasn’t there my mom lacked Care big time.! Now here comes the really sad sad part! The first day that she left her room totally for 45 minutes to get her hair done from a lady who does hair in the facility a couple times a week They took money out of my mom’s purse in her nightstand in her room within 45 minutes of her leaving somebody came in the room, opened up her nightstand, took her cash, which was very little. This shows. How hard up some people who work there are! My dad had went there the previous night and gave her cash to pay for her haircut and when they got back, my mom told the hairdresser lady to get the money out of her purse and it was not there! How can this really happen? I was so frustrated with this place. I made a police report and the police Sent the report to the state so it’s on file by law they have to do that. Guys, I would not recommend this place for anybody. This was our experience this time around. If you do happen to send your loved one there do not leave any valuables there because you will be robbed of your valuables no doubt. When I talked to the head guy Kent I believe? He was pretty nonchalant about it. I believe he said “ he would have to look at all Perimeters of this situation”. I took that as he thinks maybe it didn’t happen?? And maybe he believes she didn’t have money in that purse that’s how I took it, with a slap in the face. he also mentioned this had never happened before so I’m going to take it upon myself to go to the state and pull records and if it has happened, I will gladly take this to him directly so he could stop saying that. Because I doubt this has never happened there before like he says. Because it took my mom for the first time to leave for 45 minutes and she gets stolen from! Do not go here, please. I’m sure there’s better Facilities!!!

I come to visit a dear friend. The staff has always greeted me kindly and they all seem very attentive to the patients. They are very organized and had me fill out paperwork to be able to bring my dog. I like how thorough they. I can see patient safety if very important. I now can come with my pup and everyone loves him. My friend is delighted to see him every time I come and likes to take him on a walk throughout the facility so that he can greet everyone. So we’ve been all round the building many times and it’s clean and well cared for. I’m so glad my friend can be at such a caring place.

One of the nicest, nursing homes or long term care facilities I’ve ever been in or experienced❤️! Just an Excellent Facility and Very Friendly Staff❤️!
