I've been once to visit a relative. The facility itself was a typical facility, but in the two hours I was there, the staff really stood out. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helped me locate my family member. The nurses came to say bye at shift change, and you could just tell they were going above and beyond their typical responsibilities by their interactions with the residents. It was comforting to know our family was being treated well.
