Currently in this facility and would never recommend them to no one! All I hear daily is lies deception, indifference and when you complain they twist your words and the second shift is disgraceful and cruel in my opinion! The ones that are good are really good but the others should be fired but they are upheld in their deception!! God forgive them for the way some are treated. Think twice and read reviews

Most of the time I feel my family member gets adequate care but there are times I worry. She is bed ridden for the time being and the staff has been good about checking on her but one time she called me at home when she fell out of bed an no one answered her light after several minutes she called me I called the reception desk she sent my call back to the nurses station and after 30 rings I hung up and called back to the receptionist and she went back and found the nurse and told them. The reply was we were busy. As I said most cna and nurses are good but there are some that I feel arent doing thier job. I worry about the constant turn over of help maybe its the same everywhere but my family member isnt in thier facility. We turn our loved ones over to you and you have pro.ised to give them good care thats all we ask.

This was a first opportunity to see the inner workings of a nursing home. As a former Respiratory Therapist, I have significant medical experience. Our family member is a type 2 diabetic, we informed staff to refrain from giving sweets, cakes, pudding etc in the meals. The staff informed us that many residents here have various dietician issues, and that Life Care Center, isn't setup or capable of diabetic food trays. Room issue of dead battery in wall clock. We asked for new batteries be placed numerous times, to no evail. Upon discharge from Life Care Center, we noticed back home, that they didn't send his ziplock expensive bag of cancer medicine back with us. Had they noticed their error? No clue! Suffice to say, it required us to return to Life Care Center, to retrieve our cancer and other medicine, that Life Care Center didn't send home with us. I seen enough in this short window of time, that I pray I'll never be sent to a nursing home!
