So very grateful to have connected with Life and Abundance Home Care Services. My mother came to live with us approximately three years ago. She is not mobile, we knew that we would need assistance from an in home health care provider. She was provided with good health care and social interaction with the CNAs. Terrible. Did not ever speak to them but they called three times in succession back to back and left terrible messages in text. All I said was that we were good and Shana told me I was rude for that. Make it make sense. Do not work with these people, extremely unprofessional. They responded but I swear to god I never even spoke to them before. What case?!?? Please do not work with these people, not even their response to my review was professional! How do people have businesses like this, have no idea. Stop harassing people who you never spoke to please. And please get a business license.

Amazing…called for my mom and was walked through everything. Shana is so diligent and she knows her stuff. She helped me with the whole process with the insurance company and checked in along the way. Communication was great too.
