My 80 year old mother chose Liberty Hospice to assume her care as she's unable to get out to a doctor. At first it seemed like it was a good choice, but we were told to give her 2 oxycodone 10 at a time so that is what we'd done.. After a while we were to told to give her 1, but she hurts and let's make a long story short. Dr. Wood could have given her a week at the least, she is going to be out of her medicine and she's been on it but years! But she was dropped by them and left with no time to even call another doctor to make arrangements for further pain management,. all because I miscounted 4 pills, 3 of which I did find in a different bottle than the one it should have been in ( yes, I know I'm to blame for that ) however, they were in the lockbox that I asked for. They'll be coming to get their hospital bed ( my mother calls it her death bed ) soon and she'll be left with whatever I can figure out for her until we can get her to another doctor or under the care of our local hospice. Y'all pray for her please! 10/10 don't recommend !

Liberty Hospice gets a genuine 5 stars from me, and I want to specifically call out Cornelia, who was my grandmother's nurse during her time in the memory unit at Magnolia Gardens. From the start, Cornelia kept me informed about everything going on with my grandmother's care. She helped get her medications balanced in a way that made a real difference in her daily comfort and quality of life. When my grandmother began to decline, Cornelia was exactly who I needed. I asked hard questions and wanted straight answers, not sugarcoating, and that's exactly what she gave me. That honesty meant more than I can put into words. The entire Liberty Hospice team showed up consistently, checked in on our needs regularly, and always made sure my grandmother was the priority. Having that level of support lifted an enormous weight off my shoulders during one of the hardest seasons of my life. If your family is navigating this process, I can't recommend Liberty Hospice enough. They treat your loved one like family and make sure you, as a caregiver, are never left in the dark.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the entire team have been. They took care of my Daddy as if he was their own and made sure my mama and my family were ok and understanding of everything during this transition. They also listened to every question, and never made us feel like we were anything but their priority. Our family cannot thank Paula, Ben, Karen, Dianne, Jen, Amanda, Lisa, Jeremy, and Chassidy enough for their prayers and love. You all made the hardest days bearable and we are forever grateful 🫶
