This agency was and still is in control of UT hospice over in Morristown Tennessee and my review about this company and UT hospice is nothing but horrible. My mom passed away August 6th of 2024 and this company and UT hospice never offered me or tried to get in contact with me for bereavement like they are supposed to for 13 months. And when I called about the UT hospice facility in Morristown in Knoxville they tell me they have nothing to do with the facility in Morristown. Horrible rotten disgusting company and nobody has tried to return my phone call from UT hospice and I've emailed UT Hospice in Morristown no return emails no phone calls no support no nothing. I received not one but two surveys in the mail about UT hospice and I feel both of them out and wrote out pages of how I felt about the treatment with my mother and the company and I am hoping that somebody from this facility or somebody will be in contact with me. This company and UT hospice should be ashamed of themselves I would never recommend this group or UT hospice to even take care of a dog. I've said it before and I will say it again I am hoping that somebody from this agency will contact me. I lost my mother and had no bereavement no counseling no nothing so this Christmas everybody with this company and at UT hospice will have their mother to enjoy the Christmas with but I won't and they don't give a care about nothing or anybody. As long as they are happy who cares about anybody else and as long as they made their thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars off of the government who cares about the family members that tragically lost their loved ones. HORRIBLE ROTTEN COMPANY!!
