The front desk person was very helpful as I was unsure of exactly where to go in the Hospital. The admissions folks were professional and efficient at their work stations. The Tech I saw was professional, knowledgeable and held a great conversation during my time at Lewis. County General Hospital

LCGH is so lucky to have Dr. John Leuenberger. If it wasn’t for him, honestly, I don’t know where my family would be. He not only saved my fathers literal life but after having a bad run in with someone else in his practice who proceeded to just play with medications and cause me to have hypotensive crisis (and made me think I was beginning to have seizures), I switched right back and he figured it out immediately and made me feel I was back in control of my health again.

I unfortunately ended up in the ER here while on vacation once and have nothing but good things to say. I was seen quickly and everyone was incredibly kind and caring which put me at ease during a time of high anxiety. I hope I never have to go to the hospital again while visiting the Adirondacks but if necessary, I would absolutely return.

I had the opportunity to use Lewis County General Hospital 🏥 for some specialized testing. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and compassionate with every patient. I also appreciated the professionalism of every staff member that I encountered during my testing visit. I found the facility to be clean, restrooms, etc.. It should be noted that I have worked in the healthcare industry for 27yrs in various capacities so I know what I should expect from ANY healthcare facility. I would highly recommend Lewis County General Hospital 🏥 for your healthcare needs. And as always take care

Had an unplanned visit to the er today for some stitches. Staff from the receptionist, nurses and PE were all super friendly pleasant and helpful. I was seen immediately. The care was thorough and detailed. Definitely the quickest visit to the er ever. Thank you all!
