My mom went to LLC during the height of Covid and was there until she recently passed away which was 5 years. The staff and nurses were great towards my mom. When I would visit they would say to me how much they loved her. My only complaint and why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because their billing department is the worst. You never receive an accurate bill and they tell you that you owe more than you paid. Even though you have records and checks showing you are up to date on your payments and not behind. Their billing department isn’t onsite and you when you call the location where billing is at you can’t understand them and they argue with you. Otherwise LLC kid a great place for care.

I was not familiar with LLC and rather apprehensive when I found out that is where I was being sent. So, I was very pleased to find kind and caring CNAS, a very clean facility, and most of the meals were extremely good. I was able to make rapid progress with the therapy department. The long term care residents receive the same care and kindness as the rehab residents, who eat in the same dining rooms and live on the same halls. Which made LLC a remarkable stay!

They do a great job. Very accommodating and attentive. My grandma lived there for several years and they always took good care of her.

well, i want to thank the staff for helping me on Sunday and Tuesday. i came back to see my mother. little did i know it would be the last. i have seen her here over the years and in all that time only had one bad run in with a care giver. in this day and age when elderly care is going down the tubes. i have no problem with who i have met and who take care of my mother. if i saw something i would have surely said something. retired navy i usually speak my mind. is this place perfect..... no place is. dealing with women and men who are like my mother day in and day out has to be a chore in itself. even when i was leaving my dear mother insulted me. so just think what these people deal with day in and day out. THANK YOU.

CNAs and support staff seem to be doing the best they can. Appears to be poor internal communication (department heads, administration, etc.); consequently, attention to patient's individual needs is sub-minimal at best, even after requesting changes to deficiencies. Very difficult to communicate with anyone by phone or get a call back, something that is absolutely critical during the pandemic when family cannot visit in person. 50/50 chance that someone will answer the main desk phone; even less if directed to another department. Voice mail boxes on the automated system are not even set up.
