Absolutely horrible! I came in today and my mother has a medical binder on her abdomen, she is partially tube fed liquid leaks the liquid is dairy, her binder is filthy with spoiled milk product festering on her skin. I spoke with the administrator and Director of Nursing who dismissed my concerns and rather argue with me than address the issue. I took a picture because I knew they would try to gaslight me, I was hesitant about choosing this place due to their low medical rating score but I thought it wouldn’t be as bad but it absolutely is horrible, lost items, unclean room and bed just horrible. In 2025 they had AHCA deficiencies reported and in 2024 they had deficiencies reported. One of the deficiencies was the failure to maintain fire sprinkler gauges according to the report it hadn’t been maintained since 2019 at the time of inspection 😱 Suggesting that I speak to the same person that dismissed my concern and argued with me is wild! It feels unsafe.

I am beyond grateful for the care that they had provided for my father (Short-Term Rehab). They have gone ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that my dad up to date with all of his appointments, therapies, diet and necessary treatments. The center's exterior is freshly painted, very clean, employees are nice and most importantly, it is a safe and secure place for your loved one. Special shout-out to Marcy; thank you SO MUCH for guiding me through this and making this process easy! (:

My dear friend has resided here for five years. He has a better quality of life now than when living alone. He has friends, joins activities (bingo is his favorite), loves the outings to buffets and Walmart. The staff all know him by name. We just celebrated his 92nd birthday and some staff came and sang to him out of the blue. The social service department and admissions staff are the best and always looking out for him. I don’t mind driving extra to visit because the care is as Bob says “they treat me good and take care of me”. Thanks to all the team!

Nurse Wanda & CNA Kimone treated my husband like royalty even though he was not the greatest patient in the beginning of his stay with this facility. They understood that he was scared & made him feel more at ease. The physical/occupational therapy he received helped him to become more motivated towards walking on his own again. Thank you to everyone that treated my husband so well while he was there.
