I had a very positive experience with Legacy Transitional Rehab in Atlanta, GA. After my uncle was discharged from Grady, their team stepped in and provided excellent care during a very important transition period. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to his recovery and overall well-being. Nechelle Baldwin, the Director of Admissions and Omar, the rehab Director were both amazing! They answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns by being very transparent and communicating all next steps and care plans. They made sure he felt supported, safe, and respected every step of the way, which gave our family great peace of mind. The only issue we encountered was related to staffing shortages, which unfortunately led to several items of his clothing being misplaced. While this was disappointing, it did not overshadow the level of care and dedication shown by the team. Overall, I would still highly recommend Legacy Transitional Rehab for their professionalism, quality of service, and the genuine care they provide to their residents.

My mother is a longtime resident at Legacy and she had some issues to arise concerning wounds and Ms. Tracy Head of the wound team assured me that she will be taken care of with the highest quality of wound care and I am very pleased to say she kept her word and my mom today is doing very well with her treatment from the wound team. I came to Legacy. I didn’t know what to expect but being here has been a great experience. Everyone has treated me very well with dignity and respect. I had a good roommate. Staff was always available. Thank you Legacy so much for everything. Looking forward to discharging Home, just in time for New Years! D. Carter
