The team here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes words don't do justice to these details this building has so much potential. Improvements are being made every day Bianca and entire management staff are constantly improving. This place has a very welcoming environment I am extremely pleased grateful and very blessed to be a part of this team. This team really is committed with loyalty integrity and bravery with courage and moral strength and very solid with engagement Assurance to make sure everyone gets the care they need. I Justin Gunter thank each and every one of you that gave me the experience I have had here at Advena living on 10th. Their care and safety is the most important thing if you are in this profession it's because you are passionate about helping others not everyone is the same each individual has their own preferences Lifestyles likes and dislikes habits/routines that we have to try to accommodate as much as possible.

Decent building. Bianca, the Administrator is rude and doesn’t take anything you have to say into consideration. She is the definition of “I’m in it for the money, not the profession”.

The food was always lukewarm or cold! Utensils are sometimes filthy. Staff are sometimes forgetful. Rooms are single or double but always cramped! This place could use The Marines to square this place away! The place is run more like a lemonade stand than a professional, state - licensed, "Agency."

I loved the residents. The Nurses were supportive. Staff need to work as a team more. (there is no I in team). Kitchen staff needs to do better in the evening after evening meals with clean up.
