Our family member received exceptional care from Legacy Lifecare Hospice. Staff (nurses, chaplain) were attentive, communicative and compassionate before, during and after our loved ones' passing. We were confident that our family member received the absolute best care.

We couldn't have asked for a better company and especially our nurse. Our nurse always went above and beyond for our loved one. If we needed something we got it, if we had a question it was answered, the service provided was excellent. Not sure about the other two reviews, not our experience at all.

We had pretty good luck with the home care aspect and now we have an excellent nurse. Our issue is with the hospice aspect of this agency. After only 6 days of having an almost militant hospice nurse through this agency, we cancelled hospice services and decided to go back to home health. This was 3 weeks ago. I just found out this morning, when I tried to pick up medications for my father that hospice NEVER sent any documentation into the insurance company stating that we had cancelled hospice. Now some of his meds will not be covered until I can straighten out this mess! I spent 5 hours on the phone today with my dad's insurance company, trying to take care of this! RIDICULOUS!!!!!
