CNA’s, nurses and staff in general were super! Getting info or even contact from doctor or NP was useless.

Rehabilitation centers, nursing home & assisted living facilities usually have a bad reputation.
Unfortunately, my 92 year old mother had a bad fall & broke her upper femur which I was told is a very bad break for anyone. She was transfered from Holston Valley Hospital to Lee Health & Rehab. Of course, the whole family was worried about her going to any facility for rehabilitation. She was there for 17 days. Within that time she had wonderful care. From admitting, nursing staff, physical therapist, cooks & everyone there working as a team to help so many patients & there families, I would refer Lee as one of the best centers I have ever visited.
They have social services in house that will help with any questions & if they can't answer your question, they will find someone there that can. Once I visited mother & talked with her over the phone I could put my worries at ease & know my mother had the best care possible.
Also, a plus for house keeping & maintenance. Lee is a very clean & well maintenanced facility.
Hope my review helps anyone facing what ive already been through.

My grandmother was just recently discharged she did her rehab there after breaking her hip and let me say those girls who took care of her did an amazing job! They were so friendly and honestly treated Mamaw like family. These girls should get a raise they're doing God's work. If you have family on the rehab side they're in good hands for sure.
