I had a wonderful experience at the Hancock Manor Health and Rehab..I wouldn't have had any other way..All the staff was gracious showed Love care and support..I love them..❤️

The staff is very friendly. Courtney Admissions/Social Services is very kind. Donna the nurse is very helpful and accommodating. The staff seem compassionate. Very clean facility.

Staff was Friendly and Nice, Went to See My Aunt, I Seriously think They Need More Help, My Cousin had to Give Her Mom, My Aunt a Shower, She Absolutely Stunk but Other than Needing More Help, I Worked there Many Yrs Ago and So Much has Changed, Its Unreal as to How its Changed, We Took Care of Our Patients and They just Need More Help.

Administration is rude... There is not enough workers to take care of the facility or residents properly...
