It says 24 hrs on the website but nobody is available. Also tried email but that came back non attended and not an actual email. How am I supposed to ask ask questions or understand needs without the said requirements of the facility?

Simply the best around. I'll go there just to eat from time to time. Kitchen is clean, and staff friendly caring and always thoughtful. This is THE best place to have a loved one stay at in their elder years. The truly care.
