I toured your facility!<br>It was a very clean place. A beautiful home vibe. I loved that it was all senior independent living space. Daphne was so very gracious and kind, very helpful explaining all that the facility offered in great detail answered-all the questions that I and my family who visited the facility with me had.<br>She showed us several options of apartments so we got a good feel for what was available.<br>Also showed us other areas such as dining room, explained menus. Gave us great detail regarding events and activities. Gave us an information regarding transportation, medical care and much more.

Beautiful before you even reach it! Plenty of parking, very well landscaped & laid out. Walking path with amazing view around the community! By far the friendliest community I’ve toured! Daphne, the sales director was so knowledgeable, friendly, kind & caring. She knows her stuff and made the day memorable with her special tour gifts ! Vicki the GM was so kind! She really knew her stuff and it was evident she loved her staff! Happy residents 🙌

What a beautiful bright and friendly community! The lawn is manicured beautifully. Flowers planted, patios clean, & everything looks loved before ever entering the community! The cottages are adorable! Wow! The portico was stunning, brand new bus & very happy residents welcoming everyone as they walk in.<br><br>The residents were so helpful and happy! Ambassadors were so proud of their community & wanted to share with everyone!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my dad has received at this independent living facility, Laurel Grove. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely treats the residents like family. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is in such a caring and supportive environment.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Mrs. Vicki for her exceptional kindness and dedication. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my dad is comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. Her patience, warm spirit, and genuine concern for the residents do not go unnoticed, and she has made a tremendous difference in my dad’s experience.<br><br>Thank you to Mrs. Vicki and the entire team for creating a welcoming community where residents can truly feel at home. We are incredibly grateful for all that you do and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be cared for with compassion and respect.
