My Mother who has great insurance hasn't had a working tv in her room for the past 5 days, ive spoken to everybody that I could talk to and still NOTHING, the absolute worse nursing home, ive left messages to the ppl that run this place and im still waiting for a reply, very frustrating dealing with these ppl, but I will warn EVERYONE about what u all r doing...
