My sister spent 38 days for rehab therapy after her hip surgery at this location. She was treated very Kindly and with a lot of Care.by the Whole Staff. We were very pleased with her Treatment. Her room was kept very clean and sanitized. The Facility is always spotless and again, the Whole staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in in our Daily visits.

This has to be one of the best facilities in rgv.staffing are very compassionate love their jobs.all residents have so many activities to chose from.ps very secured. Management pat yourself on back great job.

We recently celebrated my dad's 95th birthday at Las Alturas de Peñitas, and I simply had to share what an extraordinary experience it was. I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing effort the staff put into making his day so special. Every nurse on duty that day was phenomenal, demonstrating such genuine care and going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. A massive shout-out to Gloria Vargas, who orchestrated the entire birthday party flawlessly – her coordination made all the difference! The dedication of the entire day crew truly made this a deeply memorable and joyous occasion for my dad. They exceeded all expectations, and we are so appreciative! Five stars aren't enough for Cali Yvette Gonzalez! When my dad had an unexpected hospital visit, and with all of his family living out of state, Cali stepped up in an unbelievable way. She followed him to the hospital, making sure he was’t alone. This level of dedication and personal care is absolutely remarkable. Cali is an outstanding individual who clearly cares deeply for her patients. We are profoundly grateful for her extraordinary support and compassion
