They are caring, work as a team and have a clean and safe facility. They take every request seriously and follow up. Nancy, Jedi, Cynthia, Charity, Stacy, Tameka and Lucille are doing a wonderful job of taking care of my Dad.

This place has a sense of community. When you walk in the door it feels like family! If you are looking for a welcoming environment with friendly people, highly recommend!

Would not recommend if your parent falsely accuses you as part of dementia. They report you to adult protective services, then the executive director Nancy won’t take your calls. Then if you do get a hold of her through staff, she is rude as if you are a criminal. APS cleared me because I have not done anything wrong except I felt sorry for my mom with bailing her out of jail due to her dementia.

My dad has been here for 10 months and I'm so grateful for this place. We were brand new taking over his care after he lived independently for 40 years right up until he broke his hip and jumped head first into Dementia.<br><br>We toured 9 places. Lark Springs stood out because it was the only dedicated memory care facility... and it has 60 beds. You furnish the room (they have private and semi-private). They made his transition super smooth and have been transparent about their history and how they've changed so much in recent times (for the better). They helped us understand so much about the disease and my dad.<br><br>They hold monthly support group too. They care! My dad can call us anytime and caregivers will call us if there is an issue or if they notice anything odd about him.<br><br>If I could go back and choose again, Lark Springs would be my choice again. Highly recommend at least talking to them.
