This place sucks. Staff is always talking bad about residents and their families. Call lights get left on for 20-30 minutes at a time. Which often times results in falls. The food is horrible. When I’ve gone to visit my mom I’ve witnessed multiple people just sitting in the hall ways, kitchen staff is constantly just sitting in the dining room on their phones. Food shows up cold/undercooked or over cooked. This place is a mess. I regret putting my mom in here. Steer clear of this place.

Less than one star for the c.e.o. cutting bath aid hours for him to get a better pay cut and a bonus their paying rent prices for the elderly residents. And any residents in any halls a thru parc get a shower every other week and nurses that put their jobs on the cnas. If only house keeping and maintenance spoke English to actually fix anything let the state check their lifts with less than o.e. equipment for wheels that the brakes dont even work 23 residents with 2 c.n.a.s and a nurse bouncing between halls and Noone to clean them cause someone wants more money off 2100+ rents to split a room l. Save your parents and truly do your research about this place there better in a dem state hospital directed by polis being sole c.e.o ask your parents whats truly going in here any give them a true quality of life ask them questions about how their time is TRULY HERE... GOD GLESS..

Was told many times from management and purchasing the facility was not only hemorrhaging money but couldn't pay their contractors. I used my own money to purchase needed supplies and after two months was finally reimbursed. Seemed dangerous there, low staffing or quality of staff.

Do not recommend. Very high staff turnover rate. Scheduler Sarah busy blocking qualified travel nurses on NURSA app. Then doesnt respond to provide safe staffing ratios. Nurse Maria refuses to help her cnas and makes accusations when asked to help change patients and get them out of bed. Low supplies, low nursing ratios and poor quality food. Dangerous facility w 130 beds only 4 cnas (1 per hall) and 2 nurses. 6 staff for 130 beds. Has low quality patient care.

Do not send your loved ones here for rehab. I placed my mom here for rehab after a spinal fusion and one of the 1st pt sessions, she was placed in a chair to sit and was told to call the nurse when she was ready to go back to bed. It took over an hour for the nurse to come and when she did, she said she needed to get help and it took another 2+ hours for them to come back and help put her in bed. And when they did and my mom asked for some pain meds, they threw attitude at her and yelled at her that she needed to tell them that she was in pain. How can she tell anyone when nobody will come? She was given the wrong insulin, she had a catheter and when the bag wasn’t full she was yelled at for not drinking enough, but they didn’t bother to check her underwear, that were soaked with urine. They took the catheter out and when she asked what she was supposed to do when she needed to go to the bathroom, they told her to “get up and walk!” She couldn’t walk by herself, and per their policy, she was supposed to have someone there due to her being a fall risk. When she used the call button for help to go to the bathroom, she was ignored. The head nurse was rude and condescending when I spoke with her. When we requested a transfer they were offended and sent her home too early, and when we requested to have additional rehab done at a facility closer to home, they told the other facility that there were problems with my mom and the request was denied. So they refused to help her while in their “care” and are now “black listing” her. I’ve called asking for nurse and pt notes and they won’t return my call, which I was told there were 58 pages of notes. We had chosen this place because they hadn’t been cited for abuse and neglect, but don’t let that fool you.
