I have lived here for going on 5 years the first three were fabulous now we go through manager after manager, the grass is dead the bushes are dead the place is filthy, drug addicts are everywhere homeless people everywhere, Windows broken, everything being stolen, the ladies in the office could care less who lives on this property as long as they get their quota filled there are some apartments that have people living here that don't belong here drug addicts hear that they won't get rid of and many cars that don't belong on the property, worst management ever, I would never recommend this place to anyone it is turned into an awful place for elderly people to live, the rent keeps going higher, they hire the washer and dryer which hardly get your clothes clean at all, the office is closed on Saturdays closes at 5:00 during the week, there's no more events happening anymore, all this place is ,is a place to collect money

Well I have lived here about 5 months now, there are good and bad aspects of course, but the bad is starting to outweigh and win the day here.
The property is supposed to be "controlled access" but there are holes cut in the fence by the homeless occupants of a nearby encampment which abuts next to the railroad tracks. The trains are a HUGE nuisance with the noise, fumes and constant idling airbrake releases.
Management is told about the holes and they just look away and say "we are getting bids", weeks turn into months and nothing is done. Man gates can be pulled open from the outside, talking about loss of control access.
This is supposed to be a non smoking property but the smell of people smoking weed and tobacco hangs in the air like a noxious cloud. Some residents don't even try to hide their smoking.
Dogs are allowed to run around off leash and crap without being picked up., even though there are dog parks located on property.
I enjoy the activities and some great neighbors.

It might help if Google maps actually led to 1001 1st Ave N, Kent, WA; instead of to the back gate which is exit only at Sipe and 3rd Ave N. It never shows the right address.
