My first time actually going into the building, it was very clean, neat and organized. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. I was greeted immediately for assistance and was shown how to check in and then shown where to wait for a nurse. The nurse was very professional and nice, patient and gave me the information I came for. It was an overall pleasant experience.

My Aunt was only a resident at the Landmark nursing home about 6 days before she passed. We had her transferred from the Legacy nursing home after 8 weeks of residency where they failed to care for her properly and most of it was pure neglect! There may not be a perfect place but in our experience, The Landmark nursing home and staff is 100% better than the Legacy nursing home!! The Landmark kept us notified of everything they were doing to treat her, and it was a lot! The staff is very caring, attentive and nice! The facility is clean, smells good and professionally run! We were very pleased with the Landmark nursing home. They did all they could to get my Aunt well, but it was too late, we lost her only 6 days after the transfer. We would like to thank everyone at Landmark for caring the best you could!
