Providing great care for our mother. LOVE HAVING ROOM FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. IF YOU WANT HAPPY FAMILY KEEP IT THE WAY IT IS CHANGE IS NEVER GOOD. I WOULD NEVER WORK IN A CROWDED ROOM. JUST SAYING 34 YEARS OF CNA NURSE I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN THE ROOM.LOVE HAVING MY MOTHER HERE IN HER OWN ROOM IF YOU CHANGE I WOULD LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR MY LOVE ONE.THEY HAVE RIGHTS TO HAVE THERE OWN ROOM.

My mother in law has been here for almost a year. She has thrived. She loves the activities and the staff is so supportive and friendly. Her room is personalized to her liking. The facility needs some updates, but having a private room is worth it!
Recently they have switched the food service. When she first arrived, she loved the food. Now she doesn’t. I don’t know why it’s changed. We are really hoping it goes back to the original menu. That’s her biggest concern. She’s made new friends and likes her new home.

Our dad has been in this facility since the end of June. He is receiving the best care possible. When we have questions or concerns they listen and find solutions.
KBSJE

I am writing to commend the exceptional staff. The level of care provided to my grandmother is consistently outstanding. She frequently expresses her profound gratitude for the team's unwavering dedication and kindness in executing such a demanding profession. Furthermore, the facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which is evident as it is always free of unpleasant odors, a significant factor that contributes positively to the overall environment.
