My mother was a resident for 5 years. The care she received was good for the first 4, until they got a new director and head nurse in 2024. The nurse tried to make her walk with a walker after a fall...not noticing she was in pain. We later found Mom had a pelvic fracture. The nurse thought she was trying to get attention when she was actually in severe pain. We moved Mom.
