My daughter was there she would lay in her bed in urine took her to Dr and they Dr said she might have UTI infection they did not test her as I asked she died of UTI infection they neglected to see that she ate and she died and board of health chalked it up as a grieving mother she had MS and cardiomyopthy her death certificate said UTI

A resident wandered away today from there and luckily a worker from another local nursing home saw him, pulled over to talk to him and realized he was confused and called to get him help
