My friend‘s mom was brought into LakePointe Senior care today for rehab care when I got there and checked everything out there was feces on the floor with bugs crawling the bathroom smelled like an outhouse and the rooms were just disgusting. Staff didn’t seem to think there was a problem with it. They still left the feces on the floor even being there for over an hour and nobody came to clean it up and patients were still using the dirty bathroom. It was four patients to one bathroom. We had to call an ambulance and have her go back to the emergency room to get reassigned a different rehabilitation center.

The staff at LakePointe are truly Angels on earth. They are so giving of themselves. My Mother has been in and out of the facility for the past year, and thus has been in different rooms. The Aides, Nursing staff and Physical Therapists are exemplary, experienced, patient and kind. Further, several Aides who cared for her previously visit her daily, telling her she's their favorite and give her a genuine hug. My father visits her for many hours daily and is also treated with incredible kindness. We are amazed by the thoughtfulness that is provided. Sincere apologies that we don't know everyone's names. We would like to recognize Lacrisse and Taylor as well as the Aide who visits her daily for a hug, and the gentleman Aide who also visits and assists. Words can't describe our gratitude for your support and kindness. My Mother is entering hospice and we are so grateful she will spend her remaining days in such a supportive environment. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond!

Both My Mother & Step Father were Residents of this facility...He passed first...Mom passed late December 2024...Sorry 4 the late notice but I have been dealing with My Own Health Issues...I appreciate The Care Everyone gave My Parents Fred & Maggie Herring May They Both Rest In Eternal Peace!!! My grandma passed away. I called thinking they sent her to the hospital. The lady who answered the phone said I can’t give you any information. I don’t have my computer or paperwork to even see if you’re on her papers which I am on her paperwork. so I had to go to the nursing home to get information. Come to find out, my grandma passed away and was there. Shame shame on them just because that lady didn’t want to see if I was on the paperwork, she couldn’t tell me anything so I had to drive to the facility Makes me sick

this nursing home is not good for anyone to be put in this nursing home, I feel they don't take any respondability for their actions what so ever. My sister was in there from March 2024 till October 9th and for a year and half I have seen lazy nurses aids and nurses that treats their patients with disrespect. my sister suffers from Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar disorder but didn't feel like getting accused of hitting other residents but she did not do that.
