Best Life Enrichment department I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in healthcare for well over 30 years and not once have I seen such an excellent and fulfilling program as Lake Hallie has. They have activities for all, and even go on outings, most recently a picnic and fishing! The residents love and enjoy it all,

Lake Hallie Memory Care provided the services needed for my spouse who had a rare type of dementia. We found the staff to be very caring and the facility is very clean. The room was set up well for his needs. Activities were available daily for the residents and my husband liked the food provided. Lake Hallie also partners with entities that will provide various services as needed such as dental, haircuts, hospice, etc. The building has various outside areas for the residents which was very nice.

Not happy with short staff and I see staff there overly tired and saying stuff to the staff about me don't like how I have to see my mom from 1:00 to 3:00 because people who miss understanding me

Don’t put your loved ones here!! Arrived day one at 10 am and at 6 pm still hadn’t received any food that day!! Family member needed assistance to move and wasn’t given a pendant and when asked for it told they don’t use those but could get one in a couple days. Same time another person’s pendant was going off as they’re stripping off their depends in my parent’s doorway. When pendant was issued and family member pushed it after falling took two pushes and 15 minutes for a response.<br>Fire alarm started on a Friday and was going steady until following Monday!!<br>Thieves-took two months pay for 5 days!!

Last night I was there visiting when the storm hit. Lightening struck close to the building and the fire alarms went off. The staff calmly and efficiently evacuated residents to a place of safety. Staff remained calm and gave extra care to the residents that were afraid or upset. The residents enjoyed snacks and water and it proved to be calming as the firemen checked out the entire building. After getting the 'OK' from the fire department, the residents were returned to their rooms in a very calm and orderly fashion.<br>Thank you to the Staff for caring calmly, efficiently and safely for our loved ones. Thank you all!
