My brother has been a resident here for over 4 years. We have gone through multiple managerial changes. I must admit that there has been rough times from a communication perspective. However, there are a couple of staff members that help ease my mind when times get rough. Ms. Joyce and Ms. Mohamed have been a GREAT support when things didn’t go as well as intended. There are a few others that I commend as well but I won’t call all of their names. I made an effort to connect with the staff to ensure that my bro is not forgotten and that his care is the best that they can give! Thanks for your support!

I visited Lake City Center to spread a little love to a friend for his bday and father's day coming up. As I enter the center the receptionist help me through registration and showed me where I could find my party. The center was clean and my friend was also nice and clean. I found him in a bible service, which I enjoyed my self.i enteracted with some of the other residents too.Keep up the good work Lake City Center.

It was truly a hard decision to place my mother in a nursing home. Lake City has given me a piece of mind. The quality care she receives has put my fears at ease. It was truly a smooth transition. Nurse Wendy Morgan was my mother's first am nurse She is very knowledgeable, hands on, and has a listening ear to my cares and concerns. I know I made the right decision. Thank You Lake City.

My family has had a wonderful experience with this nursing home. The staff consistently demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a safe, supportive, and caring environment. One person who has made a particularly positive impression is the new Director of Nursing, Takimah. She has been incredibly receptive, approachable, and responsive to concerns and questions. It is clear that she values communication with families and is committed to ensuring residents receive high-quality care. Her willingness to listen and follow up has made a noticeable difference and has helped build trust and confidence in the facility. We are grateful for the dedication of the entire team and appreciate the positive atmosphere they create every day. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

The purpose for which I visited was to minister God’s word of hope and healing to the residents. I was not too satisfied with the organization. I hope that in the feature the residents will be well prepared for the meeting as if they were in their local churches. I was so pleased with the reception from the front desk staff. She did know her job. I was also impressed with the cooperation of the residents that could make it to the meeting. They joined in the hymn we sang before the ministration of the word. They sang happily with joy.
