Horrible management. The DON josie likes to hide that the residents are not well taken care of. She refuses to send them to the hospital in a timely manner. She tells nurses to delete proper documentation and assessment and to document what she wants to be documented. She bullies her nursing staff. Very Unfit to be a nurse and a DON.

Wish more time and money was available for our elders in all our cultures in this great state. The staff here care. The residents deserve no less than the best. They do the very best they can here with the resources available.

Kind residents live there, good coworkers to work with and a director of nursing that truly cares for those people. As a nurse I feel like I let her down and I sure did not mean to but I had to move out of state last minute and unexpectedly.
