I just did a tour of La Vida Del Mar for my mother, and wow, I was impressed. It is a joyful environment with positive energy. I stayed during happy hour and was thrilled to see so many residents up and dancing and happy even the executive director, sales director and staff were dancing. The management and staff appear to have a very positive and genuine relationship with the residents. On top of the energy and joy you feel being there the location is super convenient for people traveling from out of state for a visit to their family or just locally. I think this would be a perfect place for my mom.

Went to the open house event, it was a great presentation and tour. The staff was informative, kind, and seem like they are very close with the residents. Great bonds. Residents are so friendly, welcoming, and some invited me to join them to sit after I got my food. They seem really happy. The bbq was spectacular, not just an average bbq or event. It really was so much different than other communities I’ve toured. What I felt from this community was passion for compassion.

I recently toured the facilities with Adrian, the sales director, and stayed for lunch. It felt like a high end restaurant, not a cafeteria, like so many other communities I have toured. Everything was top notch from the food, community, and the amazing staff. The residents seemed extremely happy to be here . I have toured several locations for my parents, and this place is on the top of my list as a place where I would feel not only feel comfortable with my parents living here, but proud of my choice to have my parents be able to have this to call their home.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. This community is much better than my previous place. The care team is exceptional. The food is excellent. I have great conversations with everyone. The staff, residents and their family members are all very understanding and friendly. Extremely friendly administrator, she goes above and beyond her responsibilities for me and the rest of the group.

Tour was great by Adrienne. My parents loved the place. Met a bunch of residents that seemed very happy living there. Food was really good with a very diverse menu. Place seemed upbeat compared to others we toured. My parents loved put a deposit down!!
