Katie is a terrible employee, she doesn't help the residents , is always on her phone and being rude. She purposely left one resident full of feces for another employee to clean up

The staff have been consistently kind, respectful and thoughtful. My family member enjoys living there, likes the food and remains grateful to those who help him every day.

Pics shown are from the ‘Memory Care’ wing of Knopp AL. They are the condition of the room & area I found my father in. My father was immediately moved and complaints have been filed with all appropriate agencies in The State of Texas. Horrible filth and these are elderly patients that cannot take care of themselves. Owner Jane Perry had a very nonchalant attitude of ‘sorry we couldn’t help your father’. WARNING - GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Bathroom was non ADA compliant & my father is wheelchair bound. Totally sickening.
