came home to see my mama after 3 years / ya'll have done excellent job taking care of her. my heart remains in her room.

Kiowa Manor is not a PEAK facility even though they present themselves as such in advertising. Floor staff are good with residents. Management is currently in flux with an interim DON and an Administrator who is shifting the facility away from PEAK guidelines.
