Staff did not speak to residents as they passed them. Not a good morning, hi or even smile. One resident ate half her yougurt in a cup without a spoon before I asked someone for one. Another resdient sat in a wheelchair almost sliding out of it. Her brace was covering her face. Staff walked around her. I waited and finally went and asked her if she needed help and she said, "yes please". They came and helped her and removed her from the area. One room smelled fine but once cleaned it smelled like urine. The pictures on this post is not what one sees when they get there. The entrance is full of stuff. The place is not homey it is messy and cluttered.
