FYI: most of us are afraid to put negative reviews while our parents still live there. The good news about this place is the constant turnover of staff, so if you wait a couple of weeks, workers have probably quit or been laid off anyway. It's had three owners and four managers in less than three years. Any positive comments about food must be fake, because that is honestly one of the residents' biggest dissatisfactions. We (families of the residents) are working to improve the place by demanding answers and improvement, but that's hard when there's continually new management. If you decide to move your parent here, please consider devoting time to help better the place.

Big shout out to the new Memory Care Director Tammy, she has hit the ground running. You can tell she has a passion for memory care and her communication has been amazing. I was able to have a heart to heart conversation with her about the care of mom and she actually took the time to stop and listen. I’ve been frustrated with for sometime with this memory care but she gave me some hope in change. Keep up the good work young lady!

Our family really liked this facility. It just wasn’t the right location for all of us. I would recommend anyone searching to not pass this place up.

I toured many memory facilities in the area and I felt the Grande to be a top option. Jonathan and Carol were great to work with and gave generously with their time to provide me with all the information needed in my decision making. I felt comfortable moving my family member there. The facility is clean, residents look happy and all the staff seemed very engaging. Room sizes are generous and the activities are plentiful. This is never an easy move but they were making it as easy as possible for me.
