I had to put my brother into a skills facility, I was at my wits end! The place I had him in was not working, I cried everytime I left him. At his last hospital stay, I was given information on several nursing/skills facilities and Kingwood was one of them. I looked at their positive ratings and the tenure of staff and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I could've made. They were kind, welcoming and caring. The treatment, my brother received was second to none. They knew him and they knew me (I was there everyday, for hours at a time). They were attentive to his need and his treatment was not one size fits all! I appreciate everything they did! This is my story and I am so grateful that my brother's last chapter was there!

This facility doesn't get the recognition they deserve. All the staff are very caring and compassionate A lot of the staff enjoy their job and you can tell from the way they treat the residents.

The nursing staff is awesome, especially Nancy,Anna and Abraham. However, facility is run down and corporate doesn't spend on upkeep. Had to wait 16 hours for bedpan.
