They are understaffed....two weekends in a row there were NO nurse or aide on shift. Residents remained in their rooms in bed.<br>Also the night shift staff or aides are stealing the residents items (soap, body wash, hearing aid batteries, etc). Tried calling Admin and they do not return phone call. The next step will be contacting the State and Ombusman.
