The Lyndale team - mgmt/medical/dining/support staff are incredible! Shout out today to Julia, debbie, Marisa, and Danielle-medical team. Even as busy as they have been today or any day, they found time to comfort him. Malinda and Alejandro-dining always have his orange juice as soon as they see him (always smiling, happy and kind), Carla at the reception desk - she rocks and sets the stage for your visit ensuring we are receiving the care our loved one needs. The whole team here is Just simply the best and eager to help in any way - I even see he mgmt team assisting in the dining area. Thank you to All of you ❤️👍👏

To start, my mother receives very good care at Lyndale Abilene (Sagora Senior Living). The community is very clean, she loves the food there, and the staff is great. My issues relate to billing and primarily a recent significant rent increase shortly after she moved in. We chose Lyndale because of the environment and care, but also because the price was reasonable for the care received. Unfortunately, all leases at Lyndale are month to month and subject to an increase at any time with a 30-day notice. My mother just moved to Lyndale in September 2025, and they already notified her of an increase in her rent of $320 (8%). Although I'm told rent increased for everyone, it feels very much like a bait and switch. Lyndale/Segora apparently know that once the resident moves in, they likely aren't moving out and they can increase their rent as much as they want. The fact that the resident is new and just paid the non-refundable community fee (currently $3000) does not exempt the rent from going up at any time. I very strongly suggest getting additional clarification and documentation about rent rates and potential increases prior to committing to Lyndale Abilene (Sagora Senior Living).

Very very rough 4.5 days. Lyndale dropped the ball in a lot of instances. My family is concerned we chose the wrong facility. Did my mom get the Ambassador? At 2:30 today, nothing. Communication has been lacking. But there are some very fabulous employees and the residents are top notch

I’d recommend this place over any other facility in Abilene! The staff is always friendly and caring, and the facility is always so clean!! There’s also an abundance of activities for the residents every day and fun events for the whole family monthly!

Decent size rooms, lots of entertainment. Safety conscious staff all around, well rounded meals. Id say, number one facility In Texas.
