I've been a resident since March of 2024 I came in with 21 wounds we were able to heal them except 1 until January 2026 which the wound care nurse neglected to read my chart then two wounds were reopen It's ashamed how untrained staff has been hired recently. There's a lack of communication between staff on who's to what sometimes it takes awhile for a cna to come which puts more work on the nurse and other workers. The personal use of cell phones during work hours gets more attention then the patients. It bad watching some struggle to push thier wheelchair while they walk right by them when shift change they should check to make sure bed side bags are empty needs are met On the positive side some staff go beyond their duties from house keeping, laundry team, and kitchen workers. I love to list the names of nurse and cna workers that come to work with the attitude of care for the residents

Staff is nice, but do they do there job? I don’t think so. I go visit my family up there and he’s unable to speak, and one hand is always balled up, therefore it’s gonna need cleaning. Can anybody please explain to me why MY MOTHER had to do the nurses JOB and even tell them his hands needed to be cleaned? It was disgusting, and they could’ve done so much better.

I was there for 20 days, the staff was wonderful! Physical Therapy was very helpful and they have a great deal of patience. Thank you to everyone there that took the time to be nice, respectful, and took care of my every need.

Jesup Health and Rehab has been a blessing for us. Their entire staff is built with helpful, exemplary professionals who take pride in their workplace environment and provide quality and compassionate care for their residents. The administration is knowledgeable, attentive to patient needs and requirements, and work vigorously with families of residents to provide the best possible care during their loved one's stay. We will be eternally grateful for the support and care given both our father and our family during his final days. The family of William Ridenour Jr highly recommended this facility.
