I absolutely love how management never bothers to notify residents when painters are going to be outside our windows or when the water is going to be shut off. Apparently basic communication is too much to ask for. I also love how children are allowed to run through the parking lot unsupervised. I’ve reported it multiple times, provided photos and recordings, and nothing has changed. Safety concerns seem to be completely ignored. The hallways are constantly filled with flies, which tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness of this property. The common areas are poorly maintained and clearly not cleaned regularly. To make matters worse, there have been cockroaches in the apartment as well. No resident should have to deal with a pest problem while paying rent. On top of that, I’ve dealt with harassment from both neighbors and children. I’ve had kids run up screaming at me and my dog, and I’ve had neighbors complain about normal walking noise in an apartment building. If you choose to live on the bottom floor, hearing footsteps from the unit above comes with the territory. Management consistently ignores resident concerns, fails to communicate important information, and does little to address ongoing problems. Between the lack of communication, cleanliness issues, pest problems, and refusal to address resident concerns, this has easily been one of the worst places I’ve ever lived.
