Our nurse aide Melissa has been very professional and polite and has went above and beyond the anticipated care we thought we would receive. My grandpa loves when she come to visit his room.

I definitely picked the right rehab facility following my total left knee replacement. Jamestowne Rehab is about 8 years old - it’s beautiful inside and the rooms are big. Everyone was so nice, kind, encouraging and helpful. I had the best nurses, aides, physical and occupational therapists, dietary, etc. Many I had multiple times and wouldn’t be where I am today without each of them. From nurses Jaclyn, Katie, Alice and Terry to aides Rachael, Maddox, Shelma, Samantha and Emelin to Jarrod, Angie, Sarah and Becky in therapy to Jessica and Trish nurse managers to Bianca in dietary and Kari the nurse practitioner. If I need rehab again I’m going to Jamestowne Rehab for sure!! I’ve made many lifelong friends I’ll have for a long time!!

The therapists truly care and do an awesome job to help the patients achieve their goals. The food is great and they go above and beyond. Every department takes care of the patients as if they were their family! I just can’t say enough about this wonderful therapy facility!!!
