I just want to thank all the staff that took care of my grandma in her last days. If it wasn’t for you coming in and telling us how much you care we’ve been so worried to leave when we did each night, but knowing that she was in good hands and well taken care of was the biggest blessing in this entire world. Our grandma loved you with all of her heart and so did we!!! Thank you for showing up and showing how much you cared. She will be waiting for you in heaven, and her hopes is that everyone that worked at Bradford place will see her there. Love always Betty Lewallen’s family.

This place is disgusting! My family member in the bed with a soiled diaper for 4 hours no one has checked her.<br>My next step is to call the state and file a complaint!<br>You people are DISGUSTING

So refreshing to come into an establishment and be greeted with a smile and friendly voice! The front desk woman, Ashley, came from behind her desk greeting me with a warm smile and a “how can I help you?” She had no idea until I introduced myself who I was and my purpose for being there before I told her! Her assistance with what I needed, my questions and corniness were no brother to her! I felt welcomed wholeheartedly! To top it off, observing her from afar interact with the residents there at Bradford fulfilling their needs was priceless! Ashley is a kind human with a great smile, friendly hello, caring heart, and drive for exceptional service!!!! Thank you, Ashley for teaching myself and others what it means to be a “Rising Star” when no one’s watching!!! P.S. I was listening/observing and I appreciated the service you gave the residents, families and customers of Bradford Place!

My grandmother is a patient at Bradford Place after being in the hospital. The nurses and staff are very kind and helpful. They answer our questions and are working hard to help my grandmother get back home 😊
