My grandmother had been living here for a few years and passed away on a Thursday evening. On the following Monday I received a text from the owner telling me they tried to clean the place for another resident to move in and they were dismayed that I hadn’t moved everything out already. When I explained that I would have everything out by Friday the owner became upset telling me they had someone that needed the cottage. The cottage was still paid in full and nobody should have entered it, not to mention it had only been 4 days since her passing. I then received a phone call from the manager the next day berating and talking over me the whole time telling me I needed to think about the business side of things.

My mother lived here for several years. At first the food and care was excellent. As the years went by it became horrible not only nasty food, but mean and uncaring staff. One worker Tequila (as in the liquor) was so mean to my mother and so many other residents, yet she is still there working. We complained to Shannon the owner but she kept her there anyway. Shannon does not follow state guide lines and is only concerned about money. There were so many inequalities there it's too much to mention. My feeling is this is the last place for older people before they leave this earth, how can you treat them so unkind. Karma is coming. Do not put your loved ones here.
