My grandmother was brought to Jaffrey Rehab on hospice after a short hospital stay. The staff were incredibly caring and supportive the entire time we were there. Always on time with medications, quick to answer a call light, and regular check-ins to see if she or we (the family) needed anything. The facility is clean, organized and full of activities for residents. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone.

Jessica, Stephanie, Paige and Meghan have been wonderful helping me navigate this new chapter of life for my mom. All very kind, informative and return calls or emails quickly. The entire team of Nurses, Med Tech, CNA, LPN, kitchen staff etc... have been more than welcoming and helpful. Mom is adjusting, everyday gets a little easier. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our elderly.

I am SO thankful for the wonderful care that my grandmother received at Jaffrey Rehab and Nursing Center. We were very nervous about having her go to rehab and are beyond pleased with our experience. The building is clean, everyone is friendly, staff are attentive and caring. My grandmother was there for three months and we had the best experience. If you need to send a loved one to a rehab or long time care I recommend Jaffrey Rehab and Nursing Center!

The staff is so wonderful, down to earth and loving. Especially Belle! She lights up our lives, my mother TREASURES her, and we all rest easy knowing that Belle is there.

A former neighbor went into Jaffrey Rehab with advancing dementia. He was very upset and unhappy to leave his apartment and his friends. It took awhile but he is now quite happy receiving great care, good food and staff that go beyond to see that my neighbor is comfortable, has activities and is now feeling at home in his new environment. Lots of fun activities and several outings in the six months he has been at Jaffrey Rehab.
