I rarely find any place that earns five stars from me, but there's always exceptions. From my first time meeting Taylor I had a good feeling about the place. After a year I've never heard a real complaint from any of the residents. That says a lot. I've never had a bad encounter with any of the staff. Better than all that, my mom is happier, and more mentally comfortable than she's been in 3-5 years. She's also done better on her cognitive tests at the neurologist since she moved in. Just can't express how much the whole family love and appreciate everyone there. First time I toured the place I walked away thinking "I could live here. Three years later: Mom was moved into memory care several months back. She was unhappy about the move, but the staff did an excellent job getting her settled. She's still in pretty good spirits when I visit, and still is out and about in the common rooms when I show up. She struggles with names and timeliness a lot, but still knows I'm her baby (as she calls me often. 62 year old baby lol. I'm so grateful to the staff. There just aren't enough words to express. Thank you for everything you do, small, and big.
