I use an oxygen concentrator, and unfortunately this is the only place my insurance(Select Health) covers. The only machine they provide is so bad, I can only leave the house for a couple of hours. My previous insurance worked with multiple oxygen equipment providers, all of which had far better machines than the cheap garbage Intermountain provides. My condolences if you have to get your POC through this dump. Your quality of life is about to take a major hit…

Home health has been crazy to deal with. A shower aid was supposed to be set up to help with showers for my dad. No one has shown up so I call and find out that nothing was set up. What the hell. This is ridiculous.

I’ve read a lot of the bad reviews about Intermountian Home Healthcare and all I have to say is my experience was phenomenal. I had to have home health visits every day and eventually just down to two days a week. All my experiences were great. My main nurse Micheal was amazing. He was very professional and personable. He made my recovery easy. He was my biggest cheerleader to get better. His words of encouragement were inspiring to me. He always made sure I had the supplies I needed. Also he made it clear to me that he was always available, if I needed anything. At the beginning of my home healthcare I had a care provider , at the end of my home healthcare I had a friend. Thank you Micheal my friend

What a joke of a company, I've been trying for over 3 weeks to get CPAP supplies, first was the hurdle of making sure they had my prescription from my doctor, I was told they would reach out to my doctor to get everything they needed and would follow up with me, guess what I ended up having to follow up with them. Now I'm trying to order the actual CPAP supplies and their phone line is always busy, after 3 and half minutes on hold they make you leave a message saying they'll call you back, well guess what they never call back. If anyone from Intermountain home are and hospice reads this, your system is broken you need to learn how to call people back or don't offer it, call backs should be done in a timely manner, like within the same hour. Learn some professionalism in running a call center and maybe don't require people to leave a message after 3 and half minutes, give people the chance to wait, especially if you're not going to have anyone call them back.

OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here during my lunch break to pick up a nebulizer for my daughter. LOCATION - 4 They have a decent location along Redwood Road there in South Jordan. It is hard to tell though, in a moving vehicle which side is the main entrance. Just by pure luck and overshooting the entrance I picked the correct "Main Entrance" PRICE - N/A My insurance paid for the device, so I'm not sure, no doubt that it is outlandishly priced. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The nebulizer so far has worked fine. (Granted it is only the first day). I was given additional details on how to care for the device to keep it in running condition for its warranted five years. POINTERS/PERKS - 5 Sign in at the kiosk outside the main entrance, because they won't bother to attend you if you don't sign in. EMPLOYEES - 3 I wasn't too impressed with the woman that assisted me. I think her name was Christina. I first walked in and she told me I had to sign in at the kiosk. Then when I came back after filling out the information. I waited while she pulled up information (at least I assume she did, she never walked me through what she was doing). Then I was told to wait as another employee emerged from the back hall. Then they both disappeared with no information what where they were going or what they'd be doing, just a we'll be back. While she may have not been that great on customer service, she did a good job explain the use and care for the nebulizer.
