We just began working with Interim but already have been very pleased with their service and professionalism.. Iam so happy with how much communication they have had with me. The person they sent us is wonderful and very caring. It is a huge relief for me to know my loved one is in good hands when Iam out of the house.<br>Would very highly recommend Interim.

After waiting weeks for another provider, Interim stepped up and covered our overnight shifts with just 2 days' notice. Yes, you read that right—2 days! But then we had to brace ourselves: Living way out in the country, what kind of person might show up on such short notice for an overnight?<br><br>The second Esther walked through the door, all our worries vanished. She is an absolute first-class caregiver—friendly, helpful, industrious, and highly capable. By the end of her shift, she had Mom up, beautifully dressed, hair combed, beds made, and the carpet vacuumed. She is truly one of the best. Back at the Norton Shores office, Emma and Lexi are on top of every single request with fantastic follow-through. If you need reliable, top-tier care, you will not be disappointed.

Our mother received excellent home care from Interim Health Care of Norton Shores, after an injury. Their rates are reasonable for such important work (rates lower for longer visits).<br>Everyone we worked with (Kristin C | Cindy) was Professional, Kind & Efficient.
