I have had the pleasure of working with a Liz in our facility twice. Each time Liz was thorough with all the charting for the floor. She worked with a med tech, since there isn't things I can do I tried to help her so it allowed her enough time to get everything done. She was extremely pleasant, kind, empathetic, caring and respectful to all the residents. She was very respectful with staff and was not afraid to ask questions or get tips on what could help make her shift go smooth for her and the residents. Thank you for being so kind and taking such great care of our residents. It truly means so much to us and their families.

I had total knee replacement 2 weeks ago and I had Anthony for my in home rehab care. He was amazing. He was positive, encouraging and so very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding my progress, as well as my physical concerns and my rehab goals. I am ahead of schedule in my rehab progress and I need to include Anthony in this achievement. He always came on time and as scheduled. Thank you for such great care!

Tried to use this home healthcare agency after my daughter finished an acute rehab stay after a major surgery. Was called by the office on the day of her discharge (a Saturday) and told that I'd get a call early Monday to schedule her intake. My daughter really needed immediate home therapy to not lose the gains she had made while inpatient. However, I had to call the office as it neared lunchtime on Monday, and her case manager said she hadn't been told to contact us and she thought we had "moved on." So I guess if I hadn't reached out we would have been left waiting for who knows how long... The case manager was kind enough to drop by right away, but later I also had to call the main line to see if the therapists (PT/OT) were actually going to call to schedule with us. Can't really speak to the quality of their therapists, but just be aware that you'll need to be on top of things from an admin perspective because they seem very disorganized and easily let people fall through the cracks. We ended up going with another Rehab agency that was more appropriate for my daughter's care, and actually schedules farther in advance than the night before (because some of us have other appointments to manage in our lives). Sadly, their office didn't communicate this to all their providers, as the PT called to try and schedule several hours later.

I recently had a Total Knee Replacement. I was fortunate enough to have Bart as my home care PT. Even on days when I was not very motivated and a little low Bart brought energy and humor to my day. He worked hard with me and got me to a level that I didn't expect. My outpatient PT was very surprised when I went through my intake eval after Bart had left. Thank you Bart for your friendship and for your love of my dogs. We will all miss you! Reese

I had the pleasure of having Bart as my home therapist following my recent knee replacement! He was pleasant, informative, helpful and has a great sense of humor! Thank you Bart for all your assistance in getting me where I needed to be! Also my initial call from Lisa was great. She was helpful and was able to answer a few questions that I had prior to my surgery!!
